Save your Computers Life with Free Malware Programs
Why don’t you protect your business machine like you do your main mode of transportation? Does your computer run like a BMW? Even if your computer drives like a Toyota Corolla, it is definitely reliable and gets you from point A to point B safely. You have insurance on your vehicles. You get the oil changed on schedule and follow the maintenance plan. Your computer is the item everyone forgets to test and follow a maintenance plan.
Don’t wait until something goes wrong. You need to preserve the one item that is needed to help you climb the ladder of life. It’s a constant battle, to protect your PC against malicious software. Soon as you think you have your machine clean as car wash, a bird drops something wet on your machine. Here are some of the tools I enjoy using because they work well and are updated often. Oh yeah, they are free to use. These are the defenders of malware.
Advanced SystemCare’s is my all time favorite. I had to purchase this software because it does so many different things to get my computer race car ready. The interface is broken down into four maintenance categories: Quick Care, Deep Care, Toolbox, and Turbo Boost. I use quick care weekly and I set the settings for the machine to repair and power down when completed. The free version is cool, but this program is a champion when it comes to multi-tasking. This is complementary software to your regular virus protection. This software program is your whole pit crew. You let it run and you will have a maintenance free pc. You better test it for yourself.
2. Malwarebytes
I discovered this tool years ago after having a fight with a dangerous piece of malware. It’s quick, it’s always reliable, and it’s free if you don’t use the real time component. Who needs a real time component anyway? (LOL) For the free version of Malware bytes to actually be active and scanning, the user must run the tool. Forget being lazy and run the software once a week. If you are afraid you will forget then make the purchase.
The 1-Click Maintenance is what I like the most about Glary Utilities. Glare also has modules that let run individually tools as well as access many more tools, including a file shredder, startup manager, memory optimizer, registry defragmenter, and file recover and undelete tool. The software program is free and is truly a favorite. Check out what’s under the hood of this program. Simple and easy on the resources
4. Avast Free
This is the best free antivirus you will find on the market. It would not surprise me if Avast started to charge soon, the product is worth the money. I like it for anti-malware as well. The best thing about this tool is that you can have them both, at the same time, for free! This is your two for one deal. Yes, there are paid versions of the same software suite, offering anti-phishing, safe-shopping, and SPAM protection. But if you’re looking for solid anti-malware and antivirus, just download the free version of Avast and keep your computer driving fast.
5. ComboFix
My tech friends love this product. ComboFix is surprisingly easy to use and is considered the best of the best when it comes to removing the nastiest of Trojans and Rootkit. This is an extremely powerful program that at times could cause more harm than good. The key to running this program is to do one thing at a time. Please do not play games or work on a project for work while this baby is running. Through time this program has been solid as a rock.
Malware software programs all have their quarks. A combination of tools will do wonders for your computer no matter what model you have. Whether your computer is a Chevy, Ford, or Honda you can provide a level of maintenance to protect you from the super highway which is the internet.
